The Astral Apply extension provides entry application functionality to the General Ledger, similar to that available for Customers, Vendors and Employee Ledgers.
It can also be used to “Auto Apply” Customer, Vendor and Employee entries where the Balance is zero, but there is a matching positive and negative entry that have not been applied against each other. For example, a customer may have paid £100 in advance before the invoice has been generated.
