Astral eversign - Help:

This describes how to download the original and signed documents from the log table. This will only work where the documents have been stored in the log table.

In the search bar type “Astral eversign Log” and select “Astral eversign Log” from the list.

The Astral eversign Log page is shown as below:

Select either Download Orig. Doc or Download Signed Doc. to download the documents from your web browser.
