Astral Send - Help:
When sending a document which requires options to be entered before the report is run, the standard Report Options page will need to open before the document(s) can be created and sent. The option to do this must be set on the Astral Send Report Config Card.
In the search bar enter “Astral Send Report Setup List” and select it from the list:

The “Astral Send Report Setup List” page will open. Open the “Astral Send Report Config Card” for the report that requires this option to be set:

On the Advanced FastTab of the Astral Send Report Config Card, in this example the “Standard Statement” report, toggle the “Set Parameters on Run” on:

Now, in the search bar, enter “Customers” and select it from the list:

From the Customers list page, open a Customer Card:

On the Customer Card, click on “Process” in the ribbon and then on “Astral Send Statement”:

This will open the report options dialogue window because the “Set Parameters on Run” is toggled on for Customer Statement on the Astral Send Report Config Card:

This dialogue window will only open when the “Set Parameters on Run” option is on.
