Astral eversign - Help:
Cancel Document From Sales Order Card
This is how to cancel a document signature where is has been sent to eversign and is in status Sent.
Open the Sales Order document card for the sent document.
Select the action Astral eversign > Cancel Document.

The document status will be updated to Cancelled, if the cancellation is successful.
