Astral Reports - Help V5:
After purchasing as many Astral Reports licences as you need, each licence will need to be assigned to the users. This is done by registering your Licence Code to the individual’s email. If you don't know what your licence GUID is, follow the instructions on the FAQ page, under the "General" tab and then number 22 "How Can I Find my Licence GUID".
When the new user is ready to access Astral Reports for the first time, open Excel, click on the Astral Reports menu and select the “About”:

This opens the “About Astral Reports” window, where the user should enter their email address and Licence Code before clicking on “Check Licence”:

Astral Reports will check that there is an available licence and assign it to the user.
